RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General Tasks Plan and monitor production schedules, and make any necessary alterations
- Provide leadership to all daily operation of factory
- Ensure the production process runs effectively, delivers products within specified time frame
- Work with suppliers to establish quality standards
- Monitor and work closely with maintenance department to solve production delays; ensure machinery is functioning at full capacity
- Co-work with Company's centered departments (HRD, Admin ) for re-solving all comments from factory's members or sections on work-related issues.
- In charge of allocation jobs and manage HR within the Factory. Evaluate and propose/request for labor recruitment.
- Check and manage housekeeping in factory and related area (stores) for well-arranged and well-complied to regulations (safety, buyer's request ).
- Resolve all arisen issues among department/sections for smooth operation of factory.
- Directly report and take responsivity to General Director for factory's daily operation.
- Training & Coaching Provide on-job training to new onboard and subordinates.
- Others Regularly meet all departments/sections for wrap-up meeting, motivation oriented meeting
- Regularly evaluate the performance of subordinates under management.
- Popularize, update the company's policies to all staffs & subordinates for well follow up actions & implementation.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- BS degree in têxtile Technology, Knowledge of manufacturing and management processes
- At least 5 years experiences in similar position.
- Understanding of the features, design, construction and components of têxtiles,
- Extensive knowledge in têxtile field: fibers, polymer sciences, yarns, fabrics, dyeing, finishing, chemicals, machinery, and especially the color.
- Able to effectively evaluate technical capabilities of manufacturing and development team
- Able to increase efficiency of manufacturing practices, in partnership with other departments
- Good at leading skill, system setting up skill and work under high pressure.
- Self-leading & motivating the team, building team effectively & managing the team.
- Able to recover quickly after change, disruptions, or mistakes, Able to immediately identify problems and solve them
- Advanced computer skills on Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English.
