**OUR PRODUCT MANAGER**

Our Product Manager is the product ambassador who truly loves the products themselves, able to bring the product's value to clients and comes up with new product solutions that bring continuous benefit to clients.

Responsible for the product's entire management process including planning, execution and prioritizing throughout its life cycle from development to positioning and pricing — by focusing on the product and clients first and foremost, the Product Manager’s job also includes developing new product features or services that support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

**SCOPE OF WORKS**

**Product Management**
- Gain a deep understanding of clients’ experience. Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve clients’ experience and drive growth.
- Work closely with Dev & Analytics team to improve current products (if any) and develops new features that meets clients’ expectation.
- Develop product strategy and roadmap. Oversee and manage the production of a product from beginning to end including translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Plan how to promote the product to current and new clients.

**Client Management**
- Work closely with the new clients to understand their pain points, analyze their needs & propose our solutions.
- Continuously communicate with current clients to ensure they are happy with the products, via which to develop client relationships with the underlying goal of proposing new features/ services.
- Acts as a point of communication between the clients and the Analytics/ Support teams.

**Business Development**
- Establishes and maintains consistent meaningful communication to pre-defined customers. Such communication can be made via on-line channels and through face-to-face meetings requiring travel.
- Attends exhibitions and events as deemed necessary.
- Constantly pushing the Company products to the respective and potential customers.
- Providing on-going customer feedback to management to close deals; and analysts to enhance product offerings.
- Constantly generating promotional ideas to increase sales.
- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENT**

**Knowledge/Skills**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software product management, especially in digital transformation and business intelligence products. Experience includes managing a product throughout its lifecycle.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
- Knowledge about UX/ UI, Database, Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.), Microsoft suite and other data security peripherals.
- Experience in building product teams
- Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Able to lead and get along with co-workers as a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must have a strong drive for sales and a dedication to customer service.
- Knowledge of current trends in the specific field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
