**OBJECTIVES**

The key objectives for this role include delivering a reliable prototype of the automation script within the first three months, refining and extending automation capabilities over six months, and ensuring long-term scalability of the codebase.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Integrate data extraction from CVs with OpenAI API prompts.
- Collaborate with the team to gather and implement client-specific context.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Provide feedback on process improvements for automation.
- Participate in brainstorming and implementation of other automations.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Must-Have**:

- Experience coding in JavaScript, with a strong ability to reason independently.
- Understanding of APIs, including integration with OpenAI.
- Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Familiarity with recruitment processes or HR technology.
- Experience with Google Apps Script.
- Experience in document parsing and automation.
- Experience with Google Apps Script.
