PURPOSE:
- Support and build IFA production through gaining sales commitment and monitoring their sales targets achievements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationship with IFAs (BOD of partner and agency leader)
- Ensure IFAs conduct Quality business via persistency management, selling process management, sales operation management.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders (NBUW, Claims, Customer service, IT, AA, Training, Digitalization etc) to provide best supports to IFAs and smoothen their business with FWD to help them achieve committed sales targets.
- Conduct Sale seminar, training workshop about skills and products, support clear pending.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Meet sales target and other quality performance indicator as mentioned in goal setting
- Ensure to comply with Sales process and standards
- Ensure to conduct sales-related activities successfully and complied with company’s guidelines (i.e training, workshop)

Internal: NBUW, Claims, Customer service, IT, AA, Training, Digitalization etc
- Senior Management
- Cross functional stakeholders
- CX champions
- Distribution heads/representatives
External: IFA BOD, Sales forces
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of working experience, in which 3 years in Insurance at training or sales position University Degree in a business related discipline. level education required in Marketing pPost-graduate qualifications/high degree preferredis an advantage.
- Should have level of skill commensurate with a minimum 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in financial services.
- 2 Years’ experience in customer experience or customer related service type roles
- Proven track record of initiating, planning and delivering projects.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerpointPowerPoint and is able to learn unfamiliar systems quickly
- Problem solver and data driven - thinks through issues with structure and leverage to data inform their decision and solutions
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience of handling all communication channels internally and externally
- Broad and in-depth kGood knowledge of marketing/ and communications practices.s
- Willing to work in BGC Taguig and travel as needed
- Financial Services and life insurance Experience not required
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- LOMA or Limbra is preferrable
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Fluent English is a plus
- Power pointProcess and customer experience oriented, with ability to solve unfamiliar problems with a structured and analytic approach.
- Excel, Microsoft
- Zoom, google meet, etc.
- Ability to conduct customer analytics to build good insights about customers and serve as basis for decision making.
- Ability to engage in strategic planning and help deliver the best customer experience to achieve FWD brand vision “to change the way customers feel about insurance”.
