Định hướng phát triển các sản phẩm quảng cáo của bộ phận Campaign
Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý cấp trên

**III. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:
Trên 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở các vị trí sáng tạo tương đương
Khả năng ngôn ngữ/hình ảnh tốt, linh hoạt, muốn trải nghiệm làm cho nhiều mảng khác nhau
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm viết kịch bản show truyền hình/ talkshow/ livestream/ TVC,...
Ham thích sáng tạo nhất là dưới áp lực lớn, nhanh nhạy xu hướng, nắm bắt xu thế quảng cáo, content marketing
Có khả năng tốt về trình bày, thuyết phục và bảo vệ ý tưởng đề xuất
Ưu tiên khi biết sử dụng thành thạo một số công cụ, phần mềm photoshop, thiết kế cơ bản
Có khả năng nghiên cứu, phân tích tình huống, lập kế hoạch
Có kinh nghiệm/case studies triển khai về Big Idea/Concept truyền thông/Câu chuyện truyền thông

**IV. QUYỀN LỢI**:
Lương thỏa thuận theo năng lực (Lương cứng + thưởng hiệu quả công việc)
Chế độ thưởng tháng lương thứ 13, chế độ BHXH-BHYT, 12 ngày phép 1 năm, du lịch trong và ngoài nước, và các chế độ khác theo quy định của pháp luật.
Là đồng nghiệp của những chuyên gia hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực truyền thông, quảng cáo, Digital Marketing.
Mệt nghỉ với các hoạt động văn hóa được thực hiện bởi văn hóa nội bộ và Mõ làng VCCorp.
