We are seeking a talented and motivated Automatic Testing Engineer to join our team. As an Automatic Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, development, and execution of automated tests. You will work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to identify, create, and maintain test cases and scripts.

**What you will do**:

- **Test Planning and Design**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design test plans for automated testing.
- Identify and prioritize test cases based on risk analysis and requirements.
- Design and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools.
- **Test Execution and Analysis**:

- Execute automated test cases according to the defined test plans and report test results.
- Debug and troubleshoot automated test failures, collaborating with the development team to identify root causes.
- Analyze test results, track defects, and provide detailed reports to the development and quality assurance teams.
- **Test Framework and Infrastructure**:

- Develop and enhance automated test frameworks and test suites to ensure efficient and effective testing.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Maintain and update the test infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and scalability.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new tools related to automated testing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation of manual testing tasks.
- Work with the team leader and other stakeholders to implement improvements and achieve higher testing efficiency and effectiveness.

**What you should have**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in automated testing, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of **automated testing frameworks and tools** (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
- ** Proficiency in programming languages and scripting** (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with test management and issue tracking systems.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Good verbal English communication skills, especially in the global software development environment.
