Health Technology & Operation Development Senior Manager

This role is to execute the development and implementation of core technologies and operational processes for our new Health business.

**Responsibilities**:
**Health Insurance Technology Development**:

- Execute the design, development, and deployment of core technologies to support business objectives.
- Integrate new technologies into existing systems and processes.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of technology solutions.

**Health Operational Process Development**:

- Implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Develop best-in-class Care pathways.
- Establish and monitor metrics and KPIs to improve operational performance.

**Team Leadership**:

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide mentorship and professional development for team members in Operations, technology and other functions.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Company's management.
