We are looking for a **Senior Product Designer **who likes to move fast, and enjoys solving real world problems through design. You will join a close-knit, collaborative, and light-hearted team, making sure our customers get the best possible experience from our products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Join an Anduin squad and own the end-to-end design process for one of our core products, from ideation to implementation and iteration
- Collaborate closely with the product team to gather insights, define requirements, and align on product strategy and roadmap
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and leverage findings to inform design decisions and improve the user experience
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design solutions
- Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate based on input
- Ensure design consistency and cohesion by contributing to and leveraging Anduin's design system on Figma
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering growth and skill development within the team
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing products and processes, and drive initiatives to address them
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure accurate implementation of designs and smooth handoff of assets and specifications

**Job Qualifications**:
**Must-have**:

- Passion for crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping successful products/features
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work on medium to complex projects
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Expert proficiency in Figma and creating well-organized designs and flows
- Experience creating, leveraging and maintaining design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to clearly articulate design rationale
- Self-driven and proactive, with strong ownership and ability to autonomously drive design process while collaborating cross-functionally
- Growth mindset with openness to feedback and continuous learning

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience designing products in B2B SaaS, venture finance, and/or private equity domains
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile startup environments
- Experience in mentoring and/or management
- Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in design, or related fields

- A portfolio showcasing your strongest product design work, with at least 1 detailed case study walking through your process from problem definition to final designs
- In your portfolio, please highlight specific projects where you owned the end-to-end design process on medium to complex products or features
