- **Custom Reinforcement Tools: Developing custom tools, scripts, and plugins using the Revit API to enhance and automate the creation and management of reinforced concrete elements in building models.**:

- **Automating Rebar Placement: Creating scripts that automate the placement and arrangement of reinforcement bars (rebars) within concrete structural elements like beams, columns, slabs, and walls.**
- **Rebar Modeling and Geometry: Creating scripts that generate rebar geometry based on engineering specifications, such as rebar shapes, dimensions, spacing, and cover requirements.**
- **Quantity Estimation: Developing tools that accurately estimate quantities of reinforcement materials required for construction based on the BIM model.**:

- **Error Handling and Debugging: Identifying and rectifying issues, bugs, or errors in the scripts to ensure reliable and functional automation.**

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Mức lương thương lượng ($1500 - $2500 tùy theo kinh nghiệm)
- Nghĩ lễ, Tết và 16 ngày phép
- Thưởng lương tháng 13
- 6 tháng sẽ review lương 1 lần
- Du lịch mỗi năm/lần

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- **Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, and JavaScript.**:

- **Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Revit API, Dynamo scripting, or Rhino/Grasshopper**:

- **Solid understanding of reinforced concrete, including BIM workflows and design automation.**:

- **Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.**:

- **Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.**:

- **Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality software products.**
