**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Be an effective team player, experienced in working with international and agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with UX designers, POs, PM, developers, and marketing manager.
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
- Creating a visualization of screens within a prototype framework.
- Maintain and manage the Design System (Website, Web App, Mobile App, and Branding Identity).
- Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e., color theory, visual weight, etc.)
- Support the marketing team in creating marketing collaterals.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Degree in design, fine art or relevant fields.
- At least 1-year of working experience in UI design or similar roles.
- Knowledge of and experience with UI best practices and methodologies.
- Have advanced knowledge of Atomic design and be able to build Design System.
- Proficient with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
- Must have a strong portfolio (including both UI and Graphic projects).
- Must have good communication skills in English.
- Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and critiques, and having your ideas challenged.
- Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for esthetics.
- Experienced with fintech field and user-centric design is a plus.
