**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 5 - 100 triệu VNĐ)
- Lãnh đạo và quản lý nhóm phát triển phần mềm, đảm bảo dự án được thực hiện đúng tiến độ, chất lượng và theo đúng yêu cầu.
- Phân tích, thiết kế và phát triển các giải pháp phần mềm phức tạp, bao gồm cả ứng dụng web, mobile và hệ thống backend.
- Tham gia vào quá trình lên kế hoạch, quản lý và giám sát tiến độ dự án, đảm bảo dự án được hoàn thành đúng thời hạn.
- Hỗ trợ và đào tạo các thành viên trong nhóm về kỹ thuật, kiến thức và kỹ năng phát triển phần mềm.
- Phân tích và giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật phức tạp, đưa ra giải pháp tối ưu cho dự án.
- Tham gia vào quá trình đánh giá, lựa chọn và áp dụng các công nghệ mới vào dự án.
- Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng để hiểu rõ nhu cầu và yêu cầu của họ, đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng đúng mong đợi.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

- Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về lập trình Java, hiểu biết về các framework phổ biến như Spring, Hibernate, etc.
- Nắm vững kiến thức về cơ sở dữ liệu (Database), có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu như MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Có kiến thức về kiến trúc hệ thống (systems architecture), hiểu biết về các mô hình thiết kế phần mềm phổ biến.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các công nghệ Big Data, Data Analysis, Machine Learning là một lợi thế.
- Nắm vững các kỹ năng phát triển phần mềm (software development), bao gồm cả phát triển ứng dụng web, mobile và API.
- Có kinh nghiệm về kiểm thử phần mềm (testing skill), bao gồm cả kiểm thử tự động (Test Automation).
- Có kỹ năng quản lý công việc (Kỹ năng quản lý công việc), quản lý tiến độ (Quản Lý Tiến Độ), giám sát tiến độ (Giám Sát Tiến Độ).
- Yêu cầu tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm kinh qua các vị trí tech leader.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề, tư duy logic, sáng tạo và chủ động trong công việc.
- Kỹ năng tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt là một lợi thế.
