**Job Description**:
- Developing embedded flash IP products with Super-flash technologies Doing analog block design and simulation- Doing full chip integration and simulation- Collaborating with layout engineers in the physical design

Requirements/Qualifications:
- 1+ year’s analog/memory design experience- Knowledge of flash memory or other NVM design a definite advantage Knowledge of semiconductor technology preferred- Familiar with HSPICE/HSIM/XA simulation tools- Familiar with Cadence design environment- The experienced design of analog circuit such as Op amp, LDO, OSC, charge pump- Be able to build the analog block or full chip simulation- Some experience of layout a definite advantage- BSEE minimum, MSEE or Ph.D. EE- Preferred Good English communication
