**Job description**:

- **Our client is a foreign contruction company, currently looking for a Architect (Senior Level)**_**working in HCM as detail**:_
- Drafting layouts, elevations, and construction details for residential remodeling projects.
- To be involve in project development from concept design (mostly) to tender document, construction document.
- Contribute ideas, study and share knowledge, skill with other members in design team.
- Examine by comparing core technologies in each specialized field, following superior’s instruction.
- Prepare all related documents to present in the meeting with Client.
- Check quality of construction with design drawing (design, materials, basic quality, compliance).
- Create the document of design change and feedback sheet.
- Identify successful examples in projects, and analyze factors of defect cases.
- Other works assigned by Superior.

**Job Requirement**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management.
- Having at least 3 years of experience for project of factory, ware-house.
- Having good knowledge and practice of Vietnamese design standard, building code.
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Sketchup, PS.
- Basic knowledge on Revit or other BIM software is required. Having good experience working with BIM, ISO 1965 is an advantage.
- Can work OT and stand high pressure, having sense of organizing his own work
- Proactive thinking, creative, hard working.
- Used to work for Japanese constructor is an advantage.
- Good at English
- Male: max 40 years of age
- Work at HCM office (sometimes go to site).

Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty xây dựng nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Kiến trúc sư (Cấp cao) làm việc tại HCM chi tiết như sau:

- Soạn thảo mặt bằng, mặt bằng, chi tiết thi công các dự án cải tạo nhà ở.
- Tham gia phát triển dự án từ khâu thiết kế ý tưởng (hầu hết) đến hồ sơ mời thầu, hồ sơ thi công.
- Đóng góp ý tưởng, nghiên cứu và chia sẻ kiến thức, kỹ năng với các thành viên khác trong nhóm thiết kế.
- Kiểm tra bằng cách so sánh các công nghệ cốt lõi trong từng lĩnh vực chuyên môn theo hướng dẫn của cấp trên.
- Chuẩn bị đầy đủ các tài liệu liên quan để trình bày trong cuộc gặp với Khách hàng.
- Kiểm tra chất lượng công trình bằng bản vẽ thiết kế (thiết kế, vật liệu, chất lượng cơ bản, tuân thủ).
- Lập hồ sơ thay đổi thiết kế và phiếu phản hồi.
- Xác định các ví dụ thành công trong các dự án và phân tích các yếu tố của trường hợp lỗi.
- Các công việc khác được cấp trên giao.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Xây dựng, Kiến trúc hoặc Quản lý xây dựng.
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm dự án nhà xưởng, kho bãi.
- Có kiến thức và thực hành tốt về tiêu chuẩn thiết kế, quy chuẩn xây dựng Việt Nam.
- Thành thạo AutoCad, Sketchup, PS.
- Cần có kiến thức cơ bản về Revit hoặc phần mềm BIM khác. - Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tốt với BIM, ISO 1965 là một lợi thế.
- Có thể làm việc OT và chịu được áp lực cao, có ý thức tổ chức công việc của mình
- Tư duy chủ động, sáng tạo, chăm chỉ.
- Đã từng làm việc cho công ty xây dựng Nhật Bản là một lợi thế.
- Giỏi tiếng Anh
- Nam: tối đa 40 tuổi
- Làm việc tại văn phòng HCM (thỉnh thoảng đi công trường).
