Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze large datasets from various sources
- Create, maintain, and automate dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track Network performance and metrics relevant to e-commerce and social commerce activities.

BI Tools & Systems:

- Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with the Technology Department to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility across the organization.

Market & platforms Insights:

- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand market trends, users behavior, and industry shifts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of e-commerce/social commerce campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Business Systems Optimization:

- Evaluate and optimize existing business systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve data flow between systems.
- Implement and manage automated reporting systems to monitor the health of business processes and systems.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the scalability and flexibility of business systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Strategic Planning:

- Work with Network leaders to define and track performance goals, providing data-driven insights to support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the BI function and across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI and data analytics.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role within an e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio) and SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in evaluating and optimizing business systems and processes.
- Understanding of e-commerce and social commerce metrics, customer segmentation, and digital marketing analytics is a plus
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis is a plus.
