**Responsibilities**:

- Play in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, non-hierarchical, and ego-free culture where your talent is valued over a role title.
- Work with multiple technologies and stakeholders, translate the problems that a business is facing, visualize the perfect user service, and come up with a design to solve these problems.
- Work in collaborative teams and build quality code. Help the team to champion software quality engender technical vision and ensure clients are satisfied.
- Validate your quality by writing unit tests and documentation.
- Take ownership of your code from inception to production.
- Work closely with the UX design team in designing and creating UIs that work well across multiple web platforms and international markets.
- Be problem solvers, think through hard problems, and work with amazing people to make the solutions a reality.
- Practice agile software development and be a great team player.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience with Angular, having knowledge of.NET is plus.
- Easily able to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code and validate the technical feasibility of UX/UI designs.
- Expert at optimizing the bundling size, initial paint time, error handling, and performance tweaking.
- Has built Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and comforting using IndexedDB, Service Workers.
- Expert using Web App build toolchains (WebPack, etc.).
- Participate in projects that span multiple teams from requirements to production in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced with Feature Flag development and/or A/B Testing.
- Fluent communication in English, both verbally and written, to all levels within the organization including non-technical audiences.
