You make guests feel welcome by always warmly greeting them and engaging guests through meaningful interaction, while also knowing when to be discreet.
Distribute activity/excursion tasks to activity officers/cruise team during their duty
To ensure all the equipment, set up is ready before activity/cruise conducted
Update all the information of activities/cruise and changes in the activity menu accordingly
Correct billing of activities
To ensure all upcoming activities are prepared and rostered staff are briefed and on duty
To process requests from other departments that include activities in packages
Handle Purchase P+ requisitions and follows up the process and Admin of Dept as Cadena...
Ensure that all departmental reports and forms are completed accurately and punctually
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Appealing remuneration including service charge as revenue (100% salary and service charge during probation period)

College degree or above
Experience in administration and clerical tasks
Good computer skills (especially in using Microsoft Office)
Good communication in English (both verbal and written)
Good internal and external communication skills
