**Job Description**:
- Developing embedded flash IP products with Super-flash technologies Doing analog block design and simulation
- Doing full chip integration and simulation
- Collaborating with layout engineers in the physical design
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 1+ year’s analog/memory design experience
- Knowledge of flash memory or other NVM design a definite advantage Knowledge of semiconductor technology preferred
- Familiar with HSPICE/HSIM/XA simulation tools
- Familiar with Cadence design environment
- The experienced design of analog circuit such as Op amp, LDO, OSC, charge pump
- Be able to build the analog block or full chip simulation
- Some experience of layout a definite advantage
- BSEE minimum, MSEE or Ph.D. EE
- Preferred Good English communication
