Main Purpose:

- Together with current senior merchandise to be in charge of 1 category so that to gurantee merchandise processing gone through and keep moving based on data analysis & product management and support for buying strategy
- Fully in charge of product localization.

Key Accountabilities:
Receiving and allocating shipments
- Making Overview Plan of distribution and Coordinating with Logistic & WH to arrange Delivery Schedule
- Allocating & ensuring the right quantity will arrive in stores at a reasonable time to maximize sales potential

Data (System) Control/ Inventory Turnover
- Keeping inventory clean & correct
- Ensuring matching quantity between inventory records and the actual stock on hand

In-season Product Management
- Analyzing inventory KPIs/ratios & product performances to improve overall inventory efficiency
- Weekly reviewing to ensure that stores have sufficient inventory to serve the sales target & sales potential.
- Monitoring inventory analysis metrics to identify inventory categories to transfer the right product to the right store
- Controlling and keeping inventory levels balanced by sharing/consolidating stock among stores
- Replenishing stock by analyzing sales and stock level of each product in each location
- Monitoring and reviewing historical data and promotion impact to forecast and provide the appropriate inventory necessary to achieve sales
- Based on data of sales performances, liquidation rate and analysis methods to classify products in order to suggest markdown for slow or poor-performing stocks to minimize inventories and maximize profits
- Following up product cycle timeline to make recommendations for seasonal markdown levels as timeline (MSS, EOSS..)
- Providing essential product information towards MKT Dept to set up promotional strategies on special events/holidays.

**Education**:

- University Degree in Business Administration,International Business or related fields.

**Experience**:

- 4-5years experiences at the similar position in fashion retail.

Work related skills:

- Strong data analysis
- Excellent at English & Vietnamese both written and verbal communication
- Computer Skill - Fully proficient with Excel.

Supported skills:

- Make plans and write reports
- Work efficient under pressure
- Ability to work independently or good sense of team-work
- Negotiation skills
- Good control of documents.
