Key Responsibilities:
1. Verify all payment vouchers, tax invoices, and outstanding payments to ensure timely settlements to suppliers.
2. Input data into the accounting software and reconcile account balances at month-end.
3. Prepare and submit a weekly cash report.
4. Coordinate and prepare necessary banking documents.
5. Organize and maintain accounting documents in compliance with legal requirements.
Addition tasks:
6. Reconcile management fees on the properties 's P&L and issue the monthly VAT invoices.
7. Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure collections are completed.

- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude.
