**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
- Work with Product development team to plan new features
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**:
- Proven work experience as a Mobile developer, with at least 2 years of experience in Flutter
- Android/IOS Native experience, IOS swift are a big plus.
- Familiarity with OOP design principles
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field

- **Insurers and employers**: Elfie premium version (aka ElfieWorks) is an employee health program sponsored by employers and insurers. ElfieWorks is designed and distributed in partnership with a global insurance broker and partner insurers.
