**Vị trí này sẽ làm việc tại Rohto Aohal Clinic**:
**Clinic Hà Nội: 136 Triệu Việt Vương, Hai Bà Trưng, Hà Nội**
**Clinic Q3: 02 Phạm Đình Toái, Quận 3**
Chào đón khách hàng. Tiếp đón, giới thiệu và tư vấn dịch vụ trị liệu cho khách đến tìm hiểu và sử dụng dịch vụ. Phụ trách công việc thu ngân, thanh toán tại quầy lễ tân
Xử lý thông tin khách hàng và các bộ phận có liên quan
Phụ trách theo dõi, sao lưu, cập nhật thông tin khách hàng
Cập nhật thông tin về sản phẩm và các chương trình khuyến mãi
Chăm sóc, tư vấn khách hàng về quá trình chăm sóc da sau liệu trình điều trị và hướng dẫn Y khoa của Bác sĩ phụ trách
Giải quyết các thắc mắc, khiếu nại của khách hàng từ cuộc gọi bên ngoài hoặc từ website.
**Thời gian làm việc**: xoay ca 8 tiếng (ca 1: 8:15 ~ 16:45, ca 2: 09:00 ~ 18:00, ca 3: 11h ~ 19h30). Được nghỉ 1 ngày/tuần. Lịch làm việc theo sự sắp xếp của quản lý trực tiếp.**
**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:
Nữ, tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên (còn bằng cấp đầy đủ)
Ngoại hình ưa nhìn & làn da đẹp
**Có khả năng giao tiếp tốt Tiếng Nhật N2**
Có thể làm việc theo ca xoay
Yêu thích làm việc trong mảng beauty/ clinic/ spa/ dịch vụ khách hàng

Thử việc 100% lương, Thu nhập gồm LCB + Incentives + Commission hàng tháng
Công ty đóng đầy đủ BHXH (100% lương cứng), BHYT, BHTN sau 2 tháng thử việc
