**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Đến 35 triệu VNĐ)
- Hợp tác với đội ngũ tư vấn để xác định yêu cầu và triển khai dịch vụ Cloud VMware.
- Hỗ trợ triển khai hệ thống cho khách hàng đã được tư vấn, giải quyết các vấn đề kỹ thuật xuất phát trong quá trình triển khai và bàn giao hệ thống.
- Triển khai nâng cấp và mở rộng hệ thống Cloud VMware.
- Cài đặt và cấu hình hệ thống Cloud VMware, bao gồm VMware vCenter, ESXi, vSAN và các sản phẩm VMware khác, đồng thời thiết lập bảo mật và cấu hình để hệ thống hoạt động tối ưu.
- Quản lý tài nguyên trong hệ thống Cloud VMware, bao gồm RAM, CPU và Storage, đảm bảo tài nguyên được sử dụng hiệu quả bằng cách theo dõi và đánh giá hiệu suất của hệ thống.
- Theo dõi và kiểm tra hệ thống, cảnh báo cho cả nội bộ và khách hàng liên quan.
- Xử lý các sự cố phát sinh và tham gia vào các dự án liên quan đến hệ thống Container K8s, Backup, Storage, và phần cứng của HPE, Dell.
- Bảo mật hệ thống Cloud VMware bằng cách thiết lập cấu hình bảo mật và theo dõi các sự kiện và logs.
- Thực hiện các hoạt động nâng cấp và bảo trì để đảm bảo tính ổn định và hiệu suất của hệ thống, bao gồm cập nhật phần mềm và thay thế phần cứng.

- Xét tăng lương 1 năm 1 lần.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin;
- Có kinh nghiệm từ 3 năm trong việc sử dụng hệ điều hành Linux, Windows và triển khai cấu hình hệ thống ảo hóa với VMware.
- Hiểu biết về các công nghệ liên quan đến hệ thống ảo hóa VMware như vCloud Director, NSX-V, NSX-T, vSphere SRM, vSphere, vCenter, vMotion, vSAN và vRealize Operations.
- Kinh nghiệm trong triển khai các hệ thống AD, Web, Mail và EPR.
- Hiểu biết về mạng, IP và Switch.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ từ VMware, Veeam, Dell hoặc HPE.
- Tiếng Anh thành thạo là một lợi thế.
- Làm việc ổn định tại Hà Nội.
