- Generate interest in Upfit with acquired leads by listening to client needs, asking thoughtful questions and educating client with thoughtful answers
- During probationary period, learn membership sales for potential future promotion to full-time sales position
- Customer Service: Follow up with Upfit personal training and gym clients on their progress and satisfaction
- Assign consultations with Upfit coaches based on schedule and location
- Update leads tracking via Google Sheets
- Report directly to Upfit Fitness Manager and Upfit Wellness Director

- Commission: 100.000 VND each show (Sales Representative books a client, and that client appears for a consultation with an Upfit coach)

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- English and Vietnamese speaking
- Interest in the fitness industry
- Basic telesales skills, at least 6 months of working experience
- Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
