Are you a skilled Fullstack Engineer with a passion for leveraging the latest technologies to transform the banking industry? We are looking for a talented professional to join our team and drive the evolution of digital innovations in improving productivity for our customer.
DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Utilize ReactJS for front-end development, creating user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
- Work on the end-to-end development lifecycle, from ideation and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Proactively ask questions to clarify requirements and challenge existing solutions to improve and innovate workflow.
- Participate in code reviews, identify improvements, and maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices in software development.

Your Skills and Experience
- At least 4 years of experience with the position.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Reactjs and Nodejs (from 4 years).
- Familiar with React and its ecosystem such as: nextjs, redux, redux-toolkit, typescript,...
- Familiar with Nodejs and its ecosystem such as: expressjs, nestjs, typescript,...
- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.
- Has a continuous learning and growth mindset. You should be excited to learn something new as part of your daily work.
- Knowledge of databases, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Solid problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and positive thinker.
- Strong English communication abilities.
- Must be independent engineer and can make your own decision when the time is needed.
- Knowledge in Golang for backend development (Chi, Echo)
- Knowledge in Python for backend development (Flask, FastAPI)
- Knowledge in Micro-services architecture is a plus
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, K8s) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
- Knowledge in AI domain is a plus (Generative AI, LLMs (Llama, Gemini, OpenAI), prompt engineering, Langchain, AWS Sagemaker, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex,...)
