**Job description**:

- As a key part of the Digital Delivery Services Team, you will be directly working with our NZ based project team to fulfil their digital delivery needs. Together with our clients you will take the digital capability and experiences to new heights. You take ownership of what you build, and work collaboratively with different teams on a wide range of products.

- End-to-end product development; from planning to coding and regular deployments
- Creating reusable and testable code
- Interfacing with Product team and providing insightful feedback
- Identifying problem areas and continuously improve - both in process and in code
- Driving initiatives to improve the reliability and scalability of the platform.
- Participating in our culture of improvement by joining code review meetings, writing technical documentation, and reviewing PRs for your teammates.
- Championing the experience and security of our users

**Your skills and experience**:

- Great communications skills (in English) at both technical and non-technical levels.
- You have** 4+ years' experience** in software development, with production experience in front-end frameworks such as** React, Redux, React Native.**:

- You have knowledge of **Typescript**, ES6 along with HTML5/CSS3/SCSS.
- You are familiar with architecture styles/APIs (RESTful, RPC)
- You are familiar with the concept of CI/CD and cloud deployment technologies.
- You pride yourself on your attention to detail and consistency of implementation
- You are comfortable working in a team where code quality and code reviews are prioritised.
- Proven ability to scale solutions

**Preferred (nice to have) experience**
- You are familiar with Gradle, XCode, and other native build tools
- Experience with front-end JS testing tools and a comprehensive understanding of UI testing techniques
