**What are you expected to do?**

**Design & Development**:

- Develop wireframes and mockups in Figma based on client briefs and project requirements.
- Provide clear and concise briefs to the development team and oversee the design implementation process.

**Client Interaction**:

- Take and interpret client briefs, transforming their ideas into effective design solutions.
- Provide clients with guidance on best practices and lead them towards the most effective design choices.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to help them understand and use the templates effectively.

**Project Management**:

- Manage the entire design process, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Collaborate closely with the US team and ensure alignment with the Australian team, managing time zone differences effectively.
- Proactively address situations where client requests may not align with optimal outcomes, offering alternative solutions.

**You’ll be a great fit if**:

- ** Amenable with 2am-10am PHT shift.**:

- Strong proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of design principles.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms for developing and deploying templates.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide clients towards the best solutions.
- Ability to work effectively during the specified hours to ensure collaboration with international teams.

**We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following**:

- Experience working with remote teams across different time zones.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic template customization.

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
