Kaplan International Pathways seeks to appoint an experienced individual to the post of Assistant Market Manager,** Vietnam **to be based in **Hanoi, Vietnam.**

**Core responsibilities**:
This role will work closely with recognised education agents to undertake the below responsibilities:

- Take part in student recruitment activities to for our colleges and partner universities
- Provide effective course counselling to students and parents on pathway and degree courses
- Deliver exemplary customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain excellent agent relationships, with an emphasis on training and support to ensure high loyalty and performance
- Ensuring visa and other compliance responsibilities are met

In addition the role will encompass the following:

- Promote Kaplan International Pathways on an on-going basis to recruit new students by working with established key partners, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all Kaplan International Pathways products, entry requirements and education systems in the region and destination countries, specifically the UK.
- Liaise effectively across the Kaplan network, including sales teams, admissions staff, campus/college based teams and partner universities
- Provide in-country support and market intelligence to the wider Kaplan International team and our partner universities
- Provide support on special projects and tasks as specified by the management

We are looking for and enthusiastic and results-orientated individual meeting the criteria below:

- 2 years of experience of working in the education sector, ideally in a student recruitment role
- Understanding of international education systems
- An undergraduate degree (from United Kingdom preferred) or equivalent
- Results-orientated and motivated, ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- High level of literacy, attention to detail and the ability to produce clear concise reports
- Fluent in English

Starting salary: dependent on experience; performance related bonus available
