POSITION TITLE: HR CORDINATOR
FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Maido is seeking to employ a HR Cordinator to assist the General Manager in directing daily business operations. A HR Cordinator is expected to demonstrate commitment & loyalty with Maido, as well as maintaining effectively all of the routines and procedures.
To be more specific, we are seeking to work with employees who have a strong work ethic & work responsibility. Additionally, in order to ensure the office is functioning properly, HR Cordinator must have excellent administrative skills including detail
- oriented, time
- management, and quick
- learning skills. Last but not least, a HR Cordinator will be responsible for arranging many documents and assignments, therefore possessing organizational skills is crucial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Recruitment

Preparing recruitment
- related reports as needed.
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting jobs and managing the hiring process with Maido&039;s suppliers such as online platforms (Careerbuilder, Vietlam24h, BrandVN, AdJob,..), freelancers & headhunters.
Following Maido&039;s progress from sending Online Screening Test, collecting Resumes, scheduling one
- on
- one interviews to on

+ Employees Management

Supporting GM (General Manager) on the onboarding and training processes of new employees to boost retention, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
Maintaining employees records (attendance, NDA, personal information,..) according to policy and legal requirements.
Collecting employee’s achievements & punishments for the sake of investigating underperformance issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
Evaluating employees performance based on direct supervisor’s feedback every two weeks to identify the effectiveness and efficiency of their output.

+ Business Assets Management

Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts, and budget tracking.
Exporting and importing company equipment in conjunction of managing the loan/return forms.

+ Others

Assisting with daily administrative duties
Providing support to staff members in other departments as needed
Tracking department budgets and submitting requisitions for additional funding as needed
Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into Maido&039;s Data System.
