**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Identifying new investment opportunities by establishing strong relationships, partnerships and thorough feasibility studies, due diligence.
- Support the searching for potential land banks, investment opportunities aligned with the approved investment direction & market needs & Compile information on potential investment opportunities received from supervisor/other teams.
- Develop an understanding of market practice on Industrial Parks such as legal bases for investor, IPs development procedure, construction plan, getting the IPA, IRC, ERC, the establishment of IPs, LURC, land clearance, allocation procedures, construction procedure, investment incentives
- Develop development cost (land cost, land compensation fee, construction cost), to suggest deal structures & capital structure with previous experiences, To analyze Financial analysis such as the profit and loss, cash flow, etc To read the IP development planning and suggest alternative financial proposal
- Enhance policies, process, reports & provide consultation from business development point of view to business leaders
- Develop & maintain the information, document system (key economic status / outlook, industrial park trends & key factors, business growth opportunities) to support the investment decisions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Urban Planning / Investment / Finance / Economics / Architecture or other related major
- **At least 3 years** of broad, multi-disciplined experience in investment, research.
- Fluent in English
- Good research & reporting skills, can deal with various topics
- Good understanding of latest update of relevant real estate legal rules & regulations.
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office (Power Point, Excel) is highly preferable
- Good working attitude, a high level of professionalism, initiative, responsibility and integrity
- Good organization skills with attention to detail
- Willing to challenge new field and to extend individual capability
