**About our team**

**Job Description** Responsibilities**
- Train, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models using Databricks MLflow
- Prepare and augment training datasets for models
- Develop AI and LLM solutions based on business requirements using approaches such as RAG architecture on enterprise data
- Collaborate with data scientists and Full stack ai engineers, and domain experts on cross-functional projects using Databricks Workspaces
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and Databricks best practices

**Qualifications** Must Have**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on development experience, using typical machine learning and data science tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Experience with the latest techniques in natural language processing including vector databases, computer vision processing, fine-tuning LLMs, and deploying LLMs with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI, etc.
- Familiarity with Databricks products and services
- Have working knowledge of CI/CD
- Effective communication, documentation, and white-boarding skills
- Strong interest in collaboration, learning, and driving value through ML

**Additional Information**
Strongly Preferred
- Databricks certifications
- Experience in building and deploying AI/ML models using Databricks products
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (Azure, AWS, or GCP): Azure is preferred
- Knowledge in LLM use cases such as RAG
- Experience working with a geographically distributed and cross-functional team including systems integrators and third-party companies
