**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 10 - 15 triệu VNĐ)
- Thiết kế UI/UX cho App, Website, System và các sản phẩm khác theo tiêu chí thân thiện với người dùng.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bên liên quan (Developer, Project Manager, Operation, Business Analyst) để đảm bảo yêu cầu và chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Phân tích và cập nhật các xu hướng thiết kế UI/UX mới hiện nay
- Thường xuyên thu thập các đánh giá, trải nghiệm của khách hàng để tối ưu và cải thiện giao diện người dùng
- Nghiên cứu các yêu cầu của thị trường và các sản phẩm trong cùng

ngành để định hướng cho tương lai giao diện sản phẩm.
- Đảm nghiệm các công việc liên quan khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Hồ sơ ứng tuyển bao gồm: CV và UX/UI Portfolio
- Có tối thiểu 1 -> 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm UX/UI Designer
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các sản phẩm SaaS, B2B, Web/app (booking/shipping, CRM, POS, CMS)
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng design systems, style guides and pattern libraries
- Design với Wireframe, Wireflow, User flow, Site map ,sử dụng thành thạo Figma
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc nhóm tốt, biết lắng nghe tích cực, năng động, tự học hỏi và giao tiếp tốt
- Năng lực giải quyết vấn đề
- Quản lý thời gian hiệu quả và xử lý nhiều dự án
