We are seeking a talented and self-driven PHP Software Engineer (Moodle LMS) to join our team of tech professionals and play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our All-in-One assessment, training, hiring, and retention platform powered by data analytics and AI. As a Software Engineer, play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the back-end infrastructure of our learning management system (LMS).

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the project and delivery team to design, develop, and maintain the back-end infrastructure of our Moodle LMS.
- Customize and extend Moodle's core functionality and features to meet our specific requirements.
- Integrate external systems and services, such as student information systems, analytics tools, and authentication systems, with the Moodle LMS.
- Develop and maintain plugins and modules to enhance the functionality and user experience of our Moodle LMS.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of the Moodle LMS to ensure a smooth learning experience for our users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Moodle LMS back-end, working closely with the support team and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Moodle modules, updates, best practices, and emerging technologies in the e-learning industry.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of professional experience as a PHP Back-end Developer.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Moodle's architecture, APIs, and database structure.
- Good to have familiarity with web technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Proficiency in PHP and MySQL, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Experience in customizing and extending Moodle's core functionality using Moodle plugins and modules.
- Knowledge of server administration and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Understanding of learning management systems and e-learning standards (e.g., SCORM, Tin Can API).
- Knowledge of authentication and single sign-on (SSO) integration with external systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks, such as Bootstrap and jQuery.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Strong communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
