**Responsibilities**:
**1. Develop credit card policy and debt quality management strategy of the Center**:

- Coordinate with directors in the department to develop credit card policy and debt management strategy, customer bank development strategy in accordance with typical market and ACB‘s overall strategies

**2. Business operations management**:
**2.1** **Develop and implement a risk management framework and policy for the bank‘s credit card portfolio**
- Direct the development of risk management framework and credit policy for the Credit Card portfolio.
- Be responsible for operating, deploying and monitoring the results of risk indicators and effectiveness of credit policies for the credit card.
- Control processing flows and tools used in monitoring policy implementation and decision-making process and control of credit card.

**2.2** **Develop and implement a risk management framework and policy for the bank‘s credit card portfolio**
- Direct the development of debt collection strategies for the credit card portfolio and be responsible for keeping the risk index below the regulated safety threshold
- Develop tools to support debt collection including due and late debt, overdue debt & plans for provisioning and handling risk
- Control processing flows and tools used in monitoring the implementation of debt collection strategies and the debt collection process with Credit Cards.

**2.3 General management of debt card quality policy**
- Identify opportunities and coordinate with stakeholders to develop policies, tools and solutions according to business goals.
- Identify risks, measure, monitor and control credit risks, fraud risks and operational risks in Credit Card activities.
- Periodically evaluate & modify models, tools, management frameworks, policies and strategies to test and modify and optimize risk indicators &the ability to classify customer segments to ensure optimal support of selecting customers and approving credit cards for the suitable target customer segment.

**2.4 Capacity development**:

- Develop sets of competency standards and levels for the sales employees appropriate for each period
- Manage business-oriented capacity development and career path for employees
- Develop training programs.

**3. Team management**
- Coordinate with the Human Resources Department to build human resources headcounts.
- Consult with the Human Resources Department on recruitment criteria
- Participate in recruitment interviews and personnel promotion
- Evaluate and offer career path for employees to attract and retain talents.

**4. Perform or coordinate employees to perform other assigned by management levels**

**Requirements**:

- Master‘s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience working in credit risk management, with at least 2 years of management experience.
- Expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in the banking or financial services industry.
- Experience working with credit scoring models and risk management systems.
- Knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations.
- Proficient in relevant computer software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
