We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Collaboration**:Foster strong partnerships by working closely with garment manufacturers and buyers to understand their needs and challenges.
- **Product Consultation**:Provide advice to clients about company’s products, ensuring they understand features, benefits, and applicability to their needs.
- **Inquiry and Procurement Management**:Initiate inquiries to garment manufacturers, overseeing the purchasing process to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:Negotiate terms and close deals, balancing client satisfaction with company profitability.
- **Training Participation**:Actively participate in and complete all prescribed sales and technical training sessions, both in-person and online, to enhance skills and knowledge.
- **Sales Reporting**:Diligently maintain accurate records of all sales activities. Prepare and submit regular reports to management as required.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager to support departmental and company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Diploma’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 2-yeas sales experience, preferably in the garment or têxtile industry.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is essential to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and commitment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam and possibly internationally to meet clients and attend trade shows.

Pay: 15,000,000₫ - 20,000,000₫ per month
