**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Tham gia vào các dự án quan trọng của FPT Japan và các khách hàng là các công ty, tập đoàn lớn tại Nhật và trên thế giới.
- Tạo design, coding, unit Testing, fix bug bằng 1 hoặc nhiều ngôn ngữ/frame work như Java, C++, embedded, NET, Node JS.
- Horensho giữa nội bộ và KH, trao đổi thông tin rõ ràng đầy đủ, chính xác
- Quản lý và kiểm soát thay đổi của request, xác định/xem lại scope và trao đổi với khách hàng
- Giải thích đầy đủ, chính xác phần yêu cầu của khách hàng và design cho team phát triển, báo cáo cho khách hàng theo đúng tiến độ

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Có từ 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình trở lên với các ngôn ngữ bất kỳ: PM, BrSE Java, C/C++,.Net, Python
- Coding cho các function khó/business phức tạp, IT plan/ITC.
- Quản lý được thay đổi requirement, đánh giá được scope và đàm phán được với KH về scope, tạo schedule tương ứng.
- Có thể coding/unit test, IT execution, làm việc độc lập được tại site KH (communication).
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt với khách hàng và member dự án.
- **Tiếng Nhật N2, tự tin giao tiếp tốt với khách hàng.**
