- Collaborate with internal stakeholder in order to improve software quality and efficiency.

Software Documentation
- Instruct tribe and team members to translate business requirements into technical design documents.
- Actively review and foster discussions with team members on functional requirements documents to build and improve TCB's digital products"
- Work closely with tribe and squad members to translate business requirements into technical design documents.
- Review and execute requirements documents by coding flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code annotations, and instructions for the program."

Manager, Software Engineenring/ Team Lead, Software Engineenring

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience with Middleware/Integration development
- Experience with ESB (Oracle, IBM, TIBCO ), API Gateway (Mulesoft, Google, IBM ) or Kafka (implementing, operating and tunning) is preferrable
- Interpersonal skills along with the ability to work in a team.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot and fix errors in complex code.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform tasks independently.
- Experience working in (Agile) teams to lead successful digital transformation projects, involved in the end-to-end planning to implementation
