Technicial Supervisor

**JOB SCOPE**

As a leader of the electrical department, be responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all high voltage transformers with switches, electrical panels, wiring, all low pressure transformers with switches, boards, wiring, outdoor lighting, switches, sockets, terminals, electric motors, surge arresters, automatic doors, kitchen electrical parts, electrical parts of home and laundry appliances, automatic controls inside and outside the elevator and lights.

**AMINISTRATION DUTIES**
- Be responsible for the correct operation and maintenance of the assigned equipment.
- Be responsible for properly implementing the established maintenance program.
- Implement all necessary repairs to ensure maximum equipment utilization and minimum out-of-order/breakdowns.
- Be responsible for the correct operation of maintenance plans and all engineering facilities of the entire building during a work shift according to established policies and procedures, maintenance programs, and operating schedule.
- Ensure operation logs exactly according to established policies and procedures.
- Arrange the work schedule of the subordinates.
- Distribute repairs and maintenance work in the assigned task.

**SUPERVISION DUTIES**
- Prepare monthly consumption report.
- Give daily personnel reports to the administrator.
- Train subordinates within their respective assigned jobs.
- Announce to the Chief Engineer Assistant to Chief Engineer on the inactive equipment, working progress, working performance, and discipline of the team.
- Ensure correct uniform and neatness of assigned personnel.
- Be responsible for the order and cleanliness throughout the assigned areas.
- Ensure that all safety rules and regulations are complied by assigned personnel.
- Attend all maintenance meetings.
- Comply with other guidelines/rules and regulations which have been issued.
- Monitor necessary spare parts/supplies regularly and advise the Assistant to Chief Engineer before arranges to ensure replacement parts/ supplies are always available at any time.
