Position Summary:
As a Rotating Equipment Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of all ITT Goulds pumps within the facility, including supporting other brands and critical rotating equipment.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Act as rotating equipment expert and consultant to customers to provide insight and recommendations on machinery reliability issues (from pressure, temperature, and vibration)
- Responsible for i-ALERT (wireless Bluetooth ITT sensor) installations, correct positioning of sensors (not only on Pumps but all rotating equipment), and connection to Gateway.
- Responsible for sensor registrations, gathering asset information, sensor/asset association, Ai Platform account set up.
- Monitor wireless i-ALERT devices on the Gateway. Analyze data from Gateway to proactively pre-empt early failures and make recommendation for correction and improvements prior to failure.
- Develop intervention and manpower plan and co-ordinate Field Service Support mobilization as required to avoid failures at site.
- Coordinate with ITT resources to drive solutions to customer reliability issues as they arise.
- Prepare reports on condition of units based on diagnostics data, with key takeaways and proposed action/remedy plan.
- Reside at customer site to assist with ITT Goulds pumps (and other brands) reliability, service, and maintenance.
- Propose improvement and drive resolution of bad actors and drive root cause analysis.
- Any other tasks as advised by their manager or supervisor that are within their skills and competence.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience (10 years or +) in rotating equipment reliability engineering within the petrochemical, chemical, or oil & gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment principles, including pumps and associated systems.
- Proficiency in utilizing reliability engineering tools, such as root cause analysis and failure modes and effects analysis.
- Hands-on experience with predictive maintenance techniques, such as vibration analysis, lubrication analysis, and thermography.
- Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements related to rotating equipment reliability and integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams, internally and externally.
- Proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and driving reliability initiatives.
- Excellent organization skills, comfortable working in and foster a team environment and have a strong focus on health and safety.
- Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
