Kiểm tra tình trạng mạng hàng ngày dựa trên danh sách kiểm tra tiêu chuẩn: hiệu suất, lưu lượng mạng, thiết bị vật lý và tình trạng hệ thống.

Cập nhật tất cả các sự cố, sự cố, nhật ký ngoại lệ vào hệ thống bàn dịch vụ. Khắc phục sự cố trong SLA. Báo cáo vấn đề lên cấp trên nếu vấn đề không thể khắc phục được trong SLA.

Hợp tác với nhà cung cấp để bảo trì mạng.

Cài đặt, cấu hình và bảo trì hệ thống mạng (core switch, access switch, internet router, MPLS router, Modem, Access Point).

Tạo/sửa đổi/xóa tài khoản VPN, cấp quyền truy cập theo yêu cầu của người dùng cuối theo quy trình chuẩn.

Giám sát mạng máy tính để phát hiện các mối đe dọa bảo mật hoặc người dùng trái phép, đồng thời phân tích các rủi ro an ninh mạng.

Cấu hình thiết bị tường lửa và quản lý danh sách truy cập, VLAN, phân bổ mạng con IP.

Cấu hình các kết nối VPN side-to-side, cấu trúc liên kết kết nối có tính sẵn sàng cao.

Nghiên cứu & thử nghiệm các công cụ triển khai phần mềm, tường lửa và hệ thống phát hiện xâm nhập.

Triển khai dự án toàn cầu mới từ RHQ nhằm tăng cường hệ thống mạng và bảo mật.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành: công nghệ thông tin, viễn thông, khoa học máy tính hoặc tương đương, uu tiên có chứng chỉ CCNA

Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự.

Điều chỉnh hiệu suất mạng, kiến thức về mạng LAN, Thiết kế và triển khai mạng, kiến thức an ninh mạng cơ bản.

Am hiểu kỹ thuật, nghiên cứu nhanh, có kỹ năng tổ chức, sắp xếp thứ tự ưu tiên và đa nhiệm

Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản (nói và viết)

Giao tiếp, quản lý, đàm phán, làm việc nhóm, thái độ tích cực và sẵn sàng học hỏi
