A. Develop, Maintain, and Execute Manual Test Cases:

- Create comprehensive manual test cases, checklist, and user guideline based on project requirements.
- Execute test cases to identify software defects and ensure functionality meets specified requirements.

B. Report, Track, and Monitor Defects:

- Utilize defect tracking systems (JIRA) to report identified issues and track their resolution progress.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and effective defect resolution.

C. Address Issues Relating to Testing Quality:

- Identify and address any issues affecting the quality of testing processes.
- Collaborate with team members to implement improvements and best practices in manual testing.

D. Communicate Progress, Test Results, and Quality Risks:

- Provide regular updates on testing progress to internal stakeholders.
- Communicate test results, quality risks, and other relevant information to both internal teams and directly to clients.

- Good English skill;
- Good time management;
- Being a fast learner and eager to learn, research and improve your knowledge of QA/QC.
