**Job description**:

- Tham gia các dự án theo một quy trình hoàn chỉnh, từ phân tích yêu cầu cho đến bước triển khai/phát hành cuối cùng.
- Trực tiếp code và xử lý một số tính năng.
- Xây dựng sản phẩm hướng đến khách hàng theo toàn bộ vòng đời phát triển phần mềm.
- Thiết kế và xây dựng các hệ thống phân tán, bao gồm các thành phần back-end và front-end.
- Xây dựng phần mềm có tính khả dụng, tính mở rộng và hiệu suất cao.
- Làm việc với các nhóm chức năng khác bao gồm Thiết kế UX/UI, Quản lý dự án và các Kỹ sư phần mềm khác
- Tham gia phân tích nghiệp vụ, đề xuất giải pháp, phương án triển khai nhằm cải tiến, nâng cao hiệu quả của các dự án trong quá trình làm việc.
- Liên tục tối ưu và nâng cấp mã nguồn để đảm bảo chất lượng dự án
- Tìm kiếm, nghiên cứu các công nghệ mới
- Hỗ trợ, phối hợp với các bộ phận khác
- Lên timeline công việc, chia tasks cho các thành viên trong nhóm, giám sát và hỗ trợ các thành viên hoàn thành đúng cam kết.
- Quản lý và dẫn dắt nhóm 03-06 nhân sự, giúp thành viên cùng phát triển và hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được giao

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chính quy các chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học máy tính, Điện tử viễn thông, Công nghệ phần mềm, Hệ thống thông tin... và/hoặc có chứng chỉ lập trình viên tương đương.
- Hơn 5 năm kinh nghiệm, trong đó có kinh nghiệm leader nhóm.
- Hiểu biết về quy trình phát triển phần mềm, có tư duy logic và khả năng giao tiếp, trình bày tốt.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với tổ chức ngân hàng, tài chính là một lợi thế.
- Thành thạo ít nhất 01 trong các ngôn ngữ Backend (Java) và FrontEnd (ReactJS, VueJS).
- Thành thạo ít nhất một hệ thống quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu như Oracle hoặc SQL server hoặc MySQL/PostgreSQL...
- Có khả năng tuning performance của ứng dụng, hệ thống.
- Có kinh nghiệm, hiểu biết về Microservices, Camunda, Restful API, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Có kinh nghiệm, hiểu biết các công cụ devops như github, CICD...
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm
