Enforcement Paralegal

**Outline of Responsibilities**
- Assist IP Attorney and team on IP prosecution matters.
- Prepare draft advice and documents for filing.
- Manage diary and follow up with clients.
- Conversant in both English and Vietnamese languages to be able to translate documents.
- Contact and communicate with local authorities when necessary.
- Manage and update internal IP database.Other duties as appropriately assigned.

**Technical Skills**
- Legal qualification (diploma or law degree)
- Experience in IP law and practice preferred but not essential;
- 2 + year legal experience in a law firm.
- Good English skills
- Good legal research skills.
- Good organization skills and attentive to detail.
- Good drafting and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft word, power point and excel.
- Good interpersonal skill, cross-cultural sensitivity and a team player.LL.M. from reputable overseas university, a plus

**Working Condition**
