**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 14 - 20 triệu VNĐ)

Tham gia vào việc nghiên cứu giải pháp, phân tích thiết kế và tối ưu code performance trên hệ thống.

Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, thiết kế và phát triển các tính năng dựa trên yêu cầu sản phẩm

Tham gia code API dự án và phối hợp Front-end tối ưu cải tiến API, chức năng dựa trên nền tảng có sẵn của công ty;
Tham gia thiết kế database hệ thống;
Tự kiểm tra tối ưu code và phối hợp với nhân sự phụ trách đẩy code lên hệ thống;
Hiểu sản phẩm, tối ưu sản phẩm, nhận định và xử lý các lỗi, cải tiến độ ổn định và trải nghiệm người dùng

Tiếp nhận và chỉnh sửa, nâng cấp kịp thời ứng dụng khi phát sinh lỗi hoặc có nhu cầu nâng cấp tính năng sản phẩm.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:
Mức lương: Upto 20m+ Phụ cấp + Thưởng dự án + Thưởng quý

Review lương 6 tháng/lần, lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng cho từng vị trí/level.

Thưởng dự án, Thưởng lễ/Tết, sinh nhật CBNV, sinh nhật Công ty,...

Ăn trưa tại công ty, teabreak hàng ngày, Party hàng tháng...

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Có từ > 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc thành thạo với Python (Django)

Có kinh nghiệm PostgreSQL hoặc MongoDB

Có kinh nghiệm trong phát triển các ứng dụng web tích hợp API, REST API

Biết sử dụng các công cụ dev Visual Studio Code, các thư viện hỗ trợ code, postman, Git, source tree

Có hiểu biết về thiết kế Databases

Ưu tiên đã từng tham gia triển khai dự án theo mô hình Agile/Scrum

Biết về Microservice là một lợi thế.

Có tư duy tốt, nắm bắt vấn đề và đưa ra giải pháp nhanh

Có sự chủ động trong công việc, chịu áp lực tốt

Có khả năng làm việc theo nhóm và làm việc độc lập
