- Interpreting at meetings, conferences, and negotiations;
- Listening to conversations, talking between leaders, employees of the company and partners when negotiating, directly interpreting and conveying the meanings and messages that the parties want to exchange before signing the contract;
- Listening, focusing on processing information and transmitting translated information through the mic when there is an internal meeting;
- Supporting in recording meeting contents during negotiation, checking, and verifying document content;
- Taking notes of meeting contents;
- Checking and verifying the accuracy and reliability of documents provided by partners;
- Supporting, coordinating with relevant departments to related translation issues, reviewing documents for the company in foreign languages.
