Job Requirement:
**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, IT, Electronics or related field
**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:
- 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
- Preference will be given to those who have experience in firmware/software development
- Experience leading, managing and motivating teams
- Experience collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
**PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOURS**:
- In-depth knowledge and experience of the local market
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of business operations within Company, including commercial awareness of the sales and marketing processes
- Ability to engage and motivate people and teams to achieve targets
