**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 30 - 36 triệu VNĐ)
- Phát triển Backend cho các Website của CellphoneS, Điện Thoại Vui.
- Liên tục cập nhật kiến thức, nghiên cứu công nghệ mới để ứng dụng trong công việc và phát triển sản phẩm của Công ty.
- Xác định và giảm thiểu rủi ro trong các yêu cầu của dự án
- Nghiên cứu, đề xuất các tính năng mới (cũng như cải tiến / nâng cao) cho phần mềm
- Hỗ trợ xác định yêu cầu, đề xuất ý tưởng và cung cấp giải pháp
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h30 - 17h30 (Thứ 2 - Thứ 6), Nghỉ trưa 1h30'. Thứ 7 WFH

- Mức lương từ 30 triệu - 36 triệu. Thăng tiến theo tăng trưởng công ty và khả năng chuyên môn

2. Đào tạo - Phát triển
- Cơ hội làm việc với nhiều dự án quan trọng và thăng tiến sự nghiệp cùng với sự phát triển của Công ty
- Được nghiên cứu, đào tạo và làm việc với các công nghệ / hệ thống tiên tiến
- Được công ty tạo điều kiện và hỗ trợ khi tham gia các khóa đào tạo, phát triển năng lực.

3. Môi trường làm việc
- Làm việc và phát triển tại một trong những hệ thống thuộc top bán lẻ công nghệ
- Làm việc với team trên 15 nhân sự giàu kinh nghiệm
- Môi trường coi trọng năng lực và khả năng sáng tạo với nhiều dự án đa dạng
- Tham gia nhiều hoạt động thiện nguyện cùng Công ty và các tổ chức thiện nguyện khác
- Các hoạt động thể thao với nhiều CLB: CLB Bóng Đá, CLB Cầu Lông, CLB Chạy bộ....

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có từ 4 năm kinh nghiệm Backend, trong đócó ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với Golang.
- Kiến thức về OOP, Data structure, Design Patterns.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với Database MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với Microservices: K8S, Message Queue, Monitor.
- Kỹ năng quản lý, tổ chức và phân tích, với khả năng giải quyết vấn đề.

Điểm cộng cực lớn nếu bạn:

- Ưu tiên ứng viên có tố chất quản lý team có thể thăng tiến vị trí Technical Leader
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc Elastic Search, PHP/Larvel, Python.
- Kinh nghiệm với tối ưu hóa hiệu suất trang web.
- Khả năng nghiên cứu, cung cấp trình bày, cung cấp bản demo của công nghệ mới.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc với Vuejs, Nuxtjs
