**To support Vietnam in meeting its Net-Zero commitment and minimize the impacts of climate change, we are looking for a passionate PMO Manager to join our team of industry experts to support the development of offshore wind projects in Vietnam.**

This a unique and challenging opportunity for a competent and experienced PMO (Project Management Office) Manager where you will become an integral part of the company and have distinct area responsibility on our projects in Vietnam. As our PMO Manager, you will take the lead on project management activities on our projects in Vietnam, including scheduling, cost management, risk management, document management, and reporting to shareholders. You will report to the Project Management Director and have the opportunity for knowledge sharing within a global community in COP across the globe.

The role will be based in our office in Hanoi, Vietnam, on a local contract.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Ensure that project schedules, interfaces, changes, documentation management, and project risks are maintained and managed carefully
- Develop and implement procedures and processes for both project management and project control
- Maintain detailed project plans and carry out progress updates in Primavera (P6)
- Establish and maintain DEVEX and CAPEX budgets
- Communicate and report progress, performance, and forecast
- Facilitate scenario analysis and support Senior Management in decision-making
- Drive and optimize consistent risk and interface management/administration in the project
- Facilitate benchmarking and optimization of the project processes and activities
- Secure lessons learned are captured and shared
- Oversee implementation and management of document control
- Develop and present project progress to senior management

**Profile**

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about renewable energy and has a strong interest in learning about the offshore wind industry.

We work in an international environment, and it is therefore crucial that you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as speak and write in English fluently. It is also considered a great advantage to have a substantial general understanding of different cultures.

**Further qualifications for this position include**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a similar area
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience
- Previous experience with Renewable Energy (specifically offshore/nearshore wind)
- Previous experience in schedule, cost, and risk management in an industrial context
- Structured and analytical approach with a high ability to prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines
- PMI certification and/or equivalent project management training is considered an advantage
- Excellent skills in Primavera, PowerPoint, and Excel as a prerequisite
- Ability to work independently on own initiative as well as being a good team player with an entrepreneurial mindset - proactive and supportive attitudes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and communicate complex matters to internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
