**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu về Odoo, tham gia phân tích nghiệp vụ, tham mưu và đề xuất thiết kế cho phần mềm;
- Xây dựng và phát triển các tính năng theo yêu cầu;
- Thực hiện và/hoặc hỗ trợ phát triển các ứng dụng và hệ thống phần mềm CNTT;
- Xây dựng các giải pháp cho khách hàng;
- Thực hiện các công việc kỹ thuật khác do Trưởng bộ phận phân công.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
**Chuyên môn**
- Có bằng cấp, chứng chỉ trong lĩnh vực CNTT, Điện tử viễn thông, Khoa học máy tính,...
- Có kiến thức tốt về mô hình quan hệ dữ liệu và lập trình hướng đối tượng.
- Thành thạo SQL

**Yêu cầu khác**
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh đọc hiểu;
- Có đam mê công nghệ nói chung và lập trình phần mềm nói riêng;
- Có tư duy logic, khả năng tự học, tự nghiên cứu vấn đề, khả năng làm việc nhóm;
- Chấp nhận ứng viên muốn chuyển đổi ngôn ngữ lập trình;
- Chịu được áp lực công việc, sẵn sàng tăng ca khi có yêu cầu;
- Có thể đi công tác khi có yêu cầu.

**Kinh nghiệm**
- Có tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm về lập trình Python.

**Ưu tiên**
- Có kinh nghiệm lập trình và phát triển các ứng dụng trên nền tảng Odoo;
- Có kinh nghiệm với các hệ điều hành Linux;
- Có kinh nghiệm OOP, Design Patterns, xây dựng kiến trúc hệ thống;
- Thành thạo các kỹ thuật lập trình website: HTML, CSS, JS, Ajax, jQuery,....;
- Hiểu biết về quy trình phát triển phần mềm, nắm vững về git;
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về thuật toán, cơ sở dữ liệu và giải thuật;
- Có hiểu biết và kinh nghiệm phát triển các công cụ quản trị doanh nghiệp như: Quản lý kho, Quản lý sản xuất, Quản lý nhân sự, Quản lý dự án, Quản lý Quan hệ khách hàng (CRM),....
