This role is responsible for assisting FP&A Supervisor in consolidating, analyzing, forecasting P&L and Cash of Vietnam and the Management Entity (3 countries: Vietnam-Thailand-Cambodia). He/she will also assist in Finance Transformation journey and contribute in improving finance efficiency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Budgeting/Forecasting:

- Contribute in forecasting cycles for P&L and Cash to ensure timely and accurate submission together with FP&A Supervisor
- Help coordinate with commercial and supply chain BA to consolidate the full P&L - analyze ratio and variance vs to PY/LE/R&O/Budget with qualitative comment on key drivers
- Help assure the reporting schedule - liaise with Region on reporting timeline - coordinate with team to set the timeline review and details to be filled, follow up & ensure submitting timely & accurately.
- Coordinate with team to ensure data uploading is done & consolidate correctly.
- Monitor the key financial metrics of the company

2. Reporting:

- Contribute in reporting presentations to management
- Consolidate report for management entities (VN-TH-CAM) for P&L and Cash.

3. Finance transformation:

- Bring support to various finance transformation projects led with Transformation Team

4. Ad hoc analysis:

- Other ad hoc analysis required for business

Education & Experience
- 3 years of relevant finance experience (audit, corporate)
- Fluent English and Vietnamese in read, write and communication.
- Excellent computer skills and MS Office skills

- Management reporting & analytical skills
- Structured, fast learner and be proactive.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and fun
