- Spearhead elaborate and comprehensive legal research that would potentially drive multi-million dollar revenue transactions for the company;
- Prepare and ensure high accuracy of contracts for services that the company engages in;
- Assist in the purchase and sale of the company’s properties;
- Work with local authorities in an extensive manner to comply with the law and resolve issues for the company;
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Our internship program provides hands-on experience and opportunities for active participation in company projects, rather than simply observing from the sidelines.

**Our requirements**
- Based in HCMC;
- 3rd or 4th year law student at a good local or international university;
- Have good logical and critical thinking;
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in preparing and reviewing contracts;
- Good English proficiency in verbal and written communication;
- Commitment to working with Homebase for at least 6 months in full-time capacity.
